- Graduate with 3+ years of SAP FICA experience with at least 1 E2E experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the SAP FICA module, including configuration experience and integrating CC (or similar rating and charging engine) with CI/ FICA module.
- Responsible for all requirement gathering, configuration, documentation, and testing of the billing/invoicing work stream. Configuration activities included all FICA billing and invoicing configuration, collection management, account determination configuration and correspondence design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience in configuration is a must in CI and FICA.
- Integration experience with SAP FICO (SD), experience in Offer to Cash process is preferred
